WHO ARE WE?
Hi guys, my name's Mitch.
At 19, I found myself disheartened by the state of the bike industry. The love I once had for bikes was fading. Big industry giants were crushing small, local businesses with low prices, and the dream I’d always had of owning a bike shop started to feel out of reach.
But in May 2024, I finally said to myself: “You know what? Day 1 starts now.”
Since then, I’ve built my own little business in my local village, slowly gathering a name for myself among customers and locals alike.
I pride myself on great customer service—always friendly, helpful, and available whenever you need me. I’ve also been lucky to have many friends in the bike industry who’ve helped guide me along this crazy journey.
You might be thinking: “How can a 20-year-old run a business?”
Well, along with working part-time as a bike technician in a local shop for four years, I was fixing friends’ and family members’ bikes out of my mum’s kitchen even before that! My passion for bikes is endless—and yes, I do apologise if I talk about them a bit too much sometimes.
If you're looking for someone who truly cares and can guarantee the best customer experience possible, look no further.
Thanks for reading,
– Mitch
